This makes me so mad. Like honestly, people commenting that she’s “metallic” are white people trying to defend this. The girl is painted a solid brown color, I don’t care how much glitter they packed on. I’ve defended the Kardashians for a long time that they get to do what they want, but this is too much. This on top of the dreads. “What I wish I looked like all the time” really? You wish you looked black all the time? Then where were you during Hands Up Don’t Shoot? Or any racial injustices really? She could’ve painted herself a pale metallic color, but she didn’t. Kylie is doing blatant black face and as an actual woman of color, I am deeply offended.

^^^ this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. It’s a fricken artistic photo, people need to stop getting so butt hurt over EVERYTHING. Like seriously? So pathetic, not everything is about race.

For white people it’s not all about race…but every time I go in for a job interview, or into a store, people see my skin tone first. Check your white privilege.

How dare you say literal black face isn’t about race. A skin tone that people are oppressed for having naturally isn’t an “artistic” choice. Also they keep painting white girls so they can keep real dark girls out of “art”. Apparently this is beautiful but then they white wash every woc in magazines etc, fuck that. And Fuck you kenziekinnn white ass. Educate yourself or close your damn mouth.

Her face is not even black, its a darker metallic shade. Her hair is also a few different colors. This photo is artistic in every aspect, that was the whole point of this photo. The photography, the makeup, the hair, it was all done artistically. She didn’t just slap on some black paint and take a selfie. White people tan themselves all the time, are you gonna get butt hurt every time you see a white person tanning by a pool.

Tanning isn’t blackening…

Everything is not about race. Race is not everything. Drop this.
